Islamic State – Central Africa Wilayah – With success from Allah, the Khilafah soldiers ambushed a foot patrol of the Ugandan and Congolese armies, in the village of Mandombe in the Beni region, and targeted them with machine gun fire, killing and wounding several of them, and all praise is due to Allah.
